Terms of service

The stramapanels.com website is run by Strama Panels Sp. z o.o., ul. Rolnicza 138, 05-092 Łomianki, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0000782880, VAT ID PL 5862344094. Contact: [email protected], phone +48 504 265 748.

These terms set out the rules for using the free services available after creating an account:

• the wall panel visualiser - placing decors on a photo of a room,
• the facade visualiser - placing facade panels on a photo of a building,
• the Downloads area - access to data sheets, manuals and 3D models.

Using the rest of the website, including browsing the range, requires neither an account nor acceptance of these terms.

The account is free and optional. You create it by giving an e-mail address and a first name; phone and company are optional. You do not set a password - a single-use link sent to your e-mail address is used to sign in.

One account covers both visualisers and the Downloads area. You can delete the account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We then also delete the photos you uploaded and the visualisations made from them.

The photo you upload is processed by an artificial intelligence model that applies the chosen decor or panel colour to it. The result is produced automatically, without human involvement.

A visualisation is indicative. It shows the colour, the material and the general character of the finish, but it is not a technical drawing or a design. In particular, the width and number of panels in the image are approximate and must not be used to calculate how much material you need. The actual shade depends on the lighting and the production batch; order a decor sample before you decide.

A visualisation is not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, nor an assurance as to the properties of the goods. We prepare quotes separately, from the real dimensions.

The number of visualisations per account is limited within a 24-hour period; the current limit is shown in the studio. The limit is shared between the wall panel visualiser and the facade visualiser and renews at midnight Polish time. The restriction protects the service from automated use and lets us offer it free of charge. If you need more, write to us.

We reserve the right to change the limits and to interrupt the service temporarily, for example for maintenance or when the AI provider is unavailable.

By uploading a photo you declare that you are entitled to use it for this purpose. Do not upload:

• photos to which someone else holds the rights, unless you have their consent,
• photos showing identifiable people without their consent,
• unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the personal rights of others.

We may remove a photo and block the account if we consider that the uploaded material breaches these rules or the law.

We store the photo and the resulting visualisation on your account and alongside your enquiry in our sales system, so that an adviser sees the same thing you do and can prepare a quote.

To produce the visualisation, the photo is passed to an external provider of artificial intelligence services, which processes it solely to generate the image on our instructions. This may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. The details, including the legal bases, the retention period and your rights, are set out in the Privacy policy.

We do not publish your photos or visualisations and do not use them for anything other than handling your enquiry.

You may download the visualisation and use it for your own purposes, including showing it to a contractor or an architect. We do not transfer to you any rights to the decors, textures, product photographs or STRAMA PANELS trade marks.

To use the website you need a device with internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and a working e-mail inbox. The photo should be in JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC format and no larger than 10 MB.

Using the internet carries the usual risks, including interception of data by third parties. The connection to the website is encrypted.

Send a complaint about how the website works to [email protected], describing what it concerns and giving the e-mail address of the account. We reply within 14 days to that address.

We may change these terms, for example if we change the scope of the service or the limits. We will announce any change on this page and, where it affects account holders, also by e-mail, at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the account after that date means accepting the change; you may also delete the account within that period.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Act on providing services by electronic means. These terms do not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
